Thomas Lah & TSIA
Thomas Lah is the executive director of TSIA (Technology Services Industry Association). In this role, he oversees the research, member success, and member programs. He has authored several books, including Building Professional Services: The Sirens’ Song, Mastering Professional Services, Bridging the Services Chasm, Consumption Economics, B4B, and his latest book, Technology-as-a-Service Playbook.
Over the past 15 years, Thomas has become a prominent industry speaker on the topics of optimizing technology service businesses within product companies and the market trends impacting service organizations.

Senior Vice President, Partners & Alliances, Qlik
Chris Moore joined Qlik in 2015 running channels for the Americas, and was named Global Channel Chief in December of 2017. Chris has P&L accountability and leadership globally for all channel operations. He maintains responsibility for all programs, strategy and relationships across tier 1 and 2 partners and distribution, and organizes reporting and metrics using a dashboarding process.
Chris joined Qlik from Veeam Software, where he was the North American Channel Chief. He was also responsible for channel metrics, operations and channel sales, working closely with partners on go-to-market strategies to drive Veeam solutions. Prior to Veeam, Chris spent 12 years at HP, where he held multiple positions in sales and channel leadership.
Chief Technology Officer, Qlik
Mike leads the global research and development team as Qlik continues to cement its technological leadership in visual analytics. Mike has nearly 20 years of software product development experience, including extensive management of large global engineering teams.
Mike worked at Cognos for 13 years, and was one of the originators of Cognos Business Intelligence products. After IBM’s acquisition of Cognos, he spent six years with the company leading global development organizations for Financial Performance Management and BI across the various Cognos product lines. Most recently, Mike was Senior Vice-President of Engineering at CA Technologies, where he led the global development organization across multiple product lines.
Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Chris is responsible for all Global Sales, including our customers, partners & alliances and our OEM business. Throughout his career, Chris has consistently demonstrated a customer and partner first strategy, with a focus on building long term relationships and value. He has spent over 25 years leading global sales and partner organizations across enterprise, commercial, government and service provider markets.
Most recently, Chris was the Chief Partner Officer, Infoblox, where he led the global partner strategy and organization. Previously, Chris was the President, Americas Sales and Global Partner Organization at Polycom, where he was responsible for sales, and overall partner go-to-market and sales strategy. Prior to Polycom, Chris has held several executive leadership positions with Avaya, Juniper Networks, and Cisco Systems.
Chris holds a BA, Economics, cum laude from Duke University.
Senior Vice President, Office of Strategy Management
Drew Clarke, SVP, Office of Strategy Management (OSM) oversees Strategic Planning with the Executive Team; Corporate Development to drive the M&A activity to support Qlik’s vision; Strategic Business Development in partnership with system integrator and technology companies; and Corporate sustainability and Social Responsibility which has been a long-term strength at the heart of Qlik culture. Since joining Qlik in 2011, Drew has successfully led numerous strategic initiatives including the development and launch of the Qlik’s cloud product offering, and multiple acquisitions.
Before coming to Qlik, Drew was the Integration Executive for mergers & acquisitions for business analytics at IBM. Before that he was Vice President, North America Field Operations at Cognos Software for IBM, leading North America marketing, business development, channel sales, inside sales, and sales and marketing operations. He had previously held positions as Vice President, Global Marketing Operations at PTC and was a Senior Director at Siebel Systems in various positions including product marketing for marketing automation and call center applications, field marketing, investor relations and business development.
He has Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and has served as a Captain in the United States Army with the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment. He also holds a Master in Business Administration degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Business.
